Kildare’s Judy Reynolds has successfully secured a slot at the Dressage World Cup Final in Gothenburg  next month after an impressive score today in the Freestyle Grand Prix in the Netherlands.

The German-based rider and her 17 year-old gelding Vancouver K logged 79.435 per cent in the final qualifying round at ’s-Hertogenbosch, a score that saw her finish in ninth place overall, but also took her to 11th place in the Western European League standings – enough to guarantee a berth at April’s FEI World Cup Dressage Final in Sweden.
reynolds3Reynolds was previously in the Finals, finishing eighth in 2016, but improving to fourth place in 2017.

The winner of today’s tenth qualifying round was Denmark’s Daniel Bachmann-Andersen with Blue Hors Zack on a score of 84.890 per cent.
