Dermott Lennon and Loughview Lou-Lou claimed this afternoon’s BMR Therapia speed class at the four-star meeting in Samorin, Slovakia.
The Co. Down rider knocked over three seconds off the lead time of UAE’s Mohammed Al Hajri on Pour le Poussage and held on to first place, with only Belgium’s Constant Van Paesschen posing a late threat on Carlow van de Heille to take the runner-up spot more than a second behind.
Lennon bagged over €8,000 for the victory in what was a qualifier for Sunday’s Grand Prix.
